SEPT-ÎLES, November 8, 2019 - Following its annual general meeting held on November 4, 2019, Destination Sept-Îles Nakauinanu (DSIN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Mirka Boudreau as President of the organization.

Born in Rivière-au-Tonnerre, Mirka Boudreau quickly distinguished herself in the world of the mining industry as an ambitious person. She founded Int-Elle Corporation in November 2017 after being head of sales of the Latin America department of a world-class company for over a decade.

Today administrator at the Port of Sept-Îles, she wants to apply her knowledge in the growth of the stopover: "Daughter of fisherman and having spent my childhood immersed in the maritime industry, I am extremely proud to join the DSIN team and touched by the trust of the team towards my candidacy. I want to make the most of my ability to implement creative strategies to maximize the potential of our port of call and thus, to participate in the feeling of pride for our various key partners and our population for the achievements of the DSIN team."

DSIN also welcomes Mr. Normand Ambroise to the board as representative of Innu Takuaikan Council Uashat mak Mani-Utenam, in replacement of Mr. Mathieu McKenzie.
