WHAT TO DO IN SEPT-ILES?
In July, it is the small strawberries which throw the season of my small berries gathering. What a pleasure to go in search of small strawberries on the seaside. The "sweet and salted contrast "in best sound. The wonderful raspberries come afterward, which we find in the edge of wood. In August, our great blueberries arrive, certainly less big than those of the Lac St.Jean but much more delicious. In September, to enclose our berries gathering season, arrive red seeds.
Besides the hours of pleasure to pick these fruits up, small wonders of nature, I have time of happiness of cooking them is in jam or in delicious desserts. Finally the highlight of this experience is to share with friends, often out of the region, our annual production. Nature is really generous!
