Port of Sept-Iles
Financial partner. Safety/security during calls, dock reservation for the cruise lines.
Ville de Sept-Îles and Touristic Organisations
Financial partner. Realization of the more technical part required for the cruise season. The touristic information part is managed by Tourisme Sept-Îles and the ATR of Cote-Nord Duplessis.
Port of Call (DSIN)
It is responsible for the operations coordination on ground, and for the well-being of the stopover in general (Pavilion Amenities, greeters, shuttles, etc.). It ensures a good communication between all partners, suppliers, traders and the locals.
In his travel agent's quality, he is in a way the promoter and responsible for the excursion, and thus, the suppliers with whom he deals, upstream as downstream to the day of stopover. The tour operator is also responsible for the management of buses and guides taken advantage for the excursions.
Local Economic Partners
The local and regional economic organizations (SADC, Chambre de commerce, Développement Économique Sept-Îles, etc.) are closely involved in the international cruises to coordinate the trading strategy and help the stopover to maximize the economic benefits in the region.
Excursions, Services and Experiences Supplier
They promulgate a service, per a pre-established agreement with tour operators. They offer ground circuits and touristic services of international calibre to the cruise lines guests.

First-line actor, the staff of Sept-Îles’ Port of Call is often the first contact with the guests. The role of the staff is to do everything in their power so the passengers are well welcomed, informed, directed and satisfied. They are the image of the port of call.
